Sergei is a veteran investment Banker with 20-years’ experience on Wall Street with Goldman Sachs and Barclays as well as at the World Bank and IMF. Sergei possesses an extensive record of preparing organisations for IPOs, structuring complex financial transactions, and raising billions in debt and equity for private and public market issuers from CIS, Eastern Europe and Africa.

 

His expertise is in-depth and widespread, including investment banking, corporate finance and capital markets; financial restructuring; mergers & acquisitions; due diligence and risk control; portfolio management; business development; business and commercial strategy; CIS franchises; IPOs; financial modelling; credit management; derivatives; debt and equity financing; talent development; performance improvement.
