Emmanuel  is the founder of BORG Advisors. He has spent 20 year on Wall Street and has gained significant financial product experience in several investment banking leading institutions including Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs, where he was Head of Structuring.

 

He has structured and executed leading M&A, derivative and financing transaction for many leading clients in emerging markets including CIS, Turkey, the Middle East and Africa. His product knowledge spans FX, Equities, Credit Derivatives, Commodities, Structured and Leveraged Finance, M&A and Islamic Finance.

Emmanuel is a French national holding a telecommunication engineering degree from Telecom Paris Tech, a DEA in Astrophysics from University Paris VI and a diploma in finance and political science from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris. He currently lives in the UAE and has lived in Asia and Europe for over 20 years
